Where are you located? +

We are located in Austin Texas but we travel around the Texas Hill Country!

What is the booking process like for surprise proposals? +

It’s simple! Get in contact with us with details on the proposal, confirm a date, sign our contract & pay the deposit, send us a photo of you two so we know who we're photographing, then show up at the location and time for your photo shoot!

The location I want to use charges a photography fee. Do you pay that fee, or do I? +

If the venue charges a photography fee, that fee will need to be paid by you. We don't handle the charges from the venues.

If I don’t like your style of editing, would you be able to make the images look more bright & colorful? +

We focus our editing on a more vintage-film style look or "true to color". We don’t alter our editing style for any client. We stay true to our editing style as it is consistent with what’s shown on our website. If you’re looking for a different editing style than what we offer, we can definitely give you a referral! Are you LGBTQIA+ friendly? +

Yes we are! We don’t discriminate here, so please be yourself!

How far in advance should I book with you? +

As far out as you can! We sometimes receive inquiries up to a year in advanced, so once you have your date ready to go. Get in touch! Fingers crossed we are available on your special day!

Can I add-on more hours to my surprise proposal? +

Of course! If you already booked an hour session with us, you can add-on additonal 30 minutes if needed. If you're adding on time, the price will be added-on to the final bill.

What is the turn around time for our photos? +

We always tell our couples that their images will be ready within 1-2 weeks. Though, we have yet to give our couples their photos two weeks after their surprise proposal. We love giving your galleries out at least a week out, so you can still re-live those special moments from that day! But we still give the time frame of 1-2 weeks just in case of any family emergencies.

Do you archive our photos? +

YES!! We have your images backed up on three external hard drives. Yes, THREE! Two are homed nearby our computers, while the third is hidden in our fire safe box. We want to make sure that even 20 years from now, you can still contact us to retrieve your images from either a photo session, or your wedding day! As life goes on, sometimes you realize you lost your special USB, and think your images are lost forever. Not to fear! We’ve got your back! Give us a shout, and we can get your images back to you safely!

About how many surprise proposals have you done? Are you sure you can photograph our big moment the way I want it? +

We've done SO MANY proposals. It's honestly hard to put an estimate on it. We're very familiar with the concept, and truly enjoy being a part of the big moment. We have yet to have a client say NO when proposed too!

Do you have any tips to share with me? I'm nervous! +

Can you help me plan my surprise proposal? +

We can definitely give you some helpful advice, but we're not professional planners! If you need major help, I would ask a friend, mother/father of your partner, or your partner's best friend to help.

Do you decorate? +

We don't offer any sort of decorating services, but we can definitely recommend you to a couple decorators that can help! Click here for option one, and click here for option two!

Do you hide before the proposal? Or how does this work? +

We usually try to hide or act like we're tourists and pay no mind to you. Once you get on one knee, that's when we turn our attention to you and start photographing the big moment!
