My role as your Austin proposal photographer is to blend in, stay discreet, and document the moment exactly as it unfolds. My approach is guided by three simple principles:
Story DrivenThis isn’t a staged moment—it’s a once-in-a-lifetime story. I don’t interrupt or direct. I document what’s real, from the nerves beforehand to the joy right after, letting the moment speak for itself.
Light-LedWe plan around the light quietly and intentionally—choosing timing and placement that feels natural while keeping the surprise intact. When the moment happens, the light is already working in our favor.
Heart-CenteredI watch for emotion first—the pause, the reaction, the laughter that follows. No interference, no pressure. Just honest, heartfelt images that preserve how it felt when everything changed.

It starts quietly. When you reach out through my contact form, I’ll respond with availability and next steps. From there, we’ll plan everything discreetly—location, timing, and logistics—so the proposal feels effortless and completely unsuspecting.
02Becoming A Photography By Estefana Couple
Once you’re ready to move forward, I keep things simple and secure. A signed contract and retainer officially reserve your proposal date. From there, I’ll guide you through the final details so when the moment arrives, all you have to do is ask the question.

A FEW DETAILS01.Do you help with planning the proposal?Yes. Planning is a key part of surprise proposals. I’ll help you think through location, timing, positioning, and subtle details so everything feels natural and the surprise stays intact. We do not offer decorating though!
02.How discreet are you during the proposal?Very. I blend into the environment and keep my distance so the moment feels uninterrupted. Your partner won’t realize photos are being taken until after the question is asked—if at all.
Do you travel for surprise PROPOSALS?Yes. I’m always open to traveling for proposals near or far. If your plan involves a specific venue or private location, any required reservations or permissions will need to be secured by you in advance. I’m happy to coordinate timing and logistics once everything is in place.
