Where are you located? +

We are located in Austin Texas but we travel around the Texas Hill Country!

What is the booking process like for engagement sessions? +

It’s simple! Get in contact with us with details on the type of session you want, confirm a date, then show up at the location and time for your photo shoot!

The location I want to use charges a fee (permit/day pass) to enter. Do you pay that fee, or do I? +

We will purchase our passes or any permits needed, then we will add on the price to your final bill.

Will we get the rights to our photos? +

Yes! You may print your photos at your favorite photo lab, or order professional prints through your online gallery. We’re flexible!

Do I have to buy prints from you? +

You definitely don’t have to buy prints from us, as we know it can be more convenient to purchase them at your own time at another location. If you need tips on how to print them elsewhere or suggestions on where to go, let us know!

Can we suggest our own poses for the photo session? +

OF COURSE!! We absolutely love it when our couples bring in their own visions. As we like to say, these are YOUR photos so if you have something in mind. Please let us know!

Are we allowed to do something different with our engagement photos like rainy day inspired or something else? +

Most definitely! We love doing something new and adventurous, so shoot some ideas at us and we’ll see what we can do for you!

What is your editing style like? +

Old film style with a bit of dark and moody! We absolutely love the old film look, and we try to bring that out with each edited image. If you’re a fan of film edits, we’re your duo to call! AND, we've also recentlt introduced a new editing style called "true to color". When you book with us, YOU get to choose which editing style fits you the best!

If I don’t like your style of editing, would you be able to make the images look more bright & colorful? +

We focus our editing on a more vintage-film style look or "true to color". We don’t alter our editing style for any client. We stay true to our editing style as it is consistent with what’s shown on our website. If you’re looking for a different editing style than what we offer, we can definitely give you a referral!

Are you LGBTQIA+ friendly? +

Yes we are! We don’t discriminate here, so please be yourself!

I don’t want an engagement session/I live too far away. What can I do with that extra hour that’s offered with my elopement/wedding package? +

That is definitely not a problem at all! We can move your complementary 1 hour engagement session to a bridal seasion.

How many photographers will be at our wedding? +

For elopements, one photographer will be present for your big day. For a full wedding day, you will have one photographer with the option to add-on another photographer via a la carte.

How many photos will I get for my elopement/wedding? +

We estimate about 50-100 images per hour. Though, this is not a guaranteed solid number! It completely depends on how your day goes. So keep in mind, this is a rough estimate, and we could provide more than what’s estimated!

How do we reserve our wedding date? +

The process is simple! Get in contact with us, give us some details such as location, date, etc. Once we confirm we are available for your special day, a contract will need to be signed by both couples, and a $300 deposit for elopement, or $800 deposit for weddings is required to completely reserve your wedding date.

Do we have to have a consultation with you to book our wedding date? +

You definitely don’t have to if you don’t want too! If you’re ready to sign and book your special day with us, we’re ready to go! But if you decide to have a consultation with us, we do offer FaceTime and Skype calls aside from a phone call and in-person consultation. It just depends on what works for you! If you live outside of the Austin area, we do ask to have a consultation virtually if possible.

How far in advance should we book with you? +

For weddings, as far out as you can! We sometimes receive inquiries up to a year in advanced, so once you have your date ready to go. Get in touch! Fingers crossed we are available on your special day!

Can I add on more hours to our wedding date? +

Of course! Sometimes your schedule changes, and you realize you’ll need more time with us. That’s definitely no problem! Just contact us, and let us know your updated plan for the day.

What is the turn around time for our wedding photos? +

We always tell our couples that their images will be ready within 1-2 months. Though, we have yet to give our couples their wedding photos two months after their wedding. We love giving their galleries out at least a month out, so you can still re-live those special moments from that day! But we still give the time frame of 1-2 months just in case of any family emergencies.

Do you archive our photos? +

YES!! We have your images backed up on three external hard drives. Yes, THREE! Two are homed nearby our computers, while the third is hidden in our fire safe box. We want to make sure that even 20 years from now, you can still contact us to retrieve your images from either a photo session, or your wedding day! As life goes on, sometimes you realize you lost your special USB, and think your images are lost forever. Not to fear! We’ve got your back! Give us a shout, and we can get your images back to you safely!

Do you customize packages upon request? +

We do! We realize that not all of our packages fit the needs of our clients. If you’re looking for something special whether it’s a photo shoot or a wedding day, we can help customize a package just for you!
