at Lost Horizon Cider Mill
Heavy rain and bitter cold became part of the story at this Lost Horizon Cider Mill wedding, but neither could dampen these two brides’ excitement. They were ready to get married, and the weather wasn’t going to change that. While the rest of us shivered, they embraced the day as it came, focused on each other and the joy of becoming wives. There was something so memorable about that happiness. Easy to see, impossible to miss, and untouched by the forecast.
Photographing their rainy wedding day at Lost Horizon Cider Mill meant capturing the celebration exactly as it felt: cold, wet, and full of love. As their wedding photographer, I wanted their images to preserve both the atmosphere and the excitement that carried them through it. This LGBTQ+ wedding was a beautiful reminder of how much meaning a day can hold, whatever the weather brings. More than anything, I’ll remember two people who were simply thrilled to be marrying each other.
